Bath gut and remodel package includes: labor and raw materials for an 8 x 10 bathroom with a tub.
- Removal and haul away of existing floor covering, vanity, tub, tub surround, toilet and all drywall
- Installation of new drywall, ceramic floor, tub, tub faucet, ceramic tub surround, toilet, vanity and vanity faucet
- Raw construction material provided by MobileKandB
- Finish materials supplied by homeowner or provided by MobileKandB for additional cost
Special package prices are for sample comparison use and subject to change. Final price will be set upon contract agreement. The above sample package does not include rough-in of new electric service (if needed).
Discounts available if homeowner performs demolition and haul away of exisiting vanity, floor covering, tub, tub surround, toilet and all drywall.
